Chef's Deli Case
The center of attention is the Chefs' Deli case featuring International and specialty foods with a menu of nearly two dozen selections that changes daily and constantly throughout the day. This is where you'll find roast pork loin with leek sauce flanked by platters of grilled salmon, roasted Asian vegetables, pasta and vegetable salads, plus the ever popular vegetarian lasagna and legendary chicken burritos.
Once you've made a decision (and that's the tough part) everything is available to carry out or enjoy in our cafe seating or seasonal outdoor porches.
Any given day showcases offerings as eclectic as Pacific rim cooking and dry-rub barbecue short ribs to scallops and shrimp wrapped in puff pastry. Fresh mixed greens are laced with seasonal fruits, vegetables, cheeses and roasted nuts to create true salad sensations.
Choose from a complete line of deli meats, smoked or herbed cheese and spreads, then select focaccia, ciabatta, sourdough, a baguette or marbled rye. Top it off with a half-dozen fresh vegetables and have us make it a grilled panini....no problem. Fresh vegetable wraps are a specialty, and at Twelve Pine we make a different type of chicken salad every day. We're well known for our daily selection of at least four fresh home-made soups, and don't dare miss the tomato cheddar, it's so popular we have to have it available every day, all year long.
Juice, Coffee and Espresso Bar
A daily selection of fresh brewed coffees highlights the juice and espresso bar, where you can also select from over twenty varieties of freshly roasted coffee beans that you can take home for your brewing enjoyment.
And to start the day, and all throughout the day, our baker is producing a variety of scones, muffins, and cakes to help get you going...and coming back for more!
We serve black, green and white teas from The Republic of Tea; and their ginger peach is our featured brewed iced tea. How about a Juice Explosion, or maybe you're in the mood for a Chai, an Italian soda or an Oreo cookie crumb smoothie...then you've come to the right place, Twelve Pine.
Toasted hazelnuts in Acacia honey, lemon-infused olive oil from Tuscany, French tarragon vinegar, organic Greek olives and so much more. Chipotle rubs from New Mexico, chocolate almond biscotti from New York's Rock Hill Bakehouse, almond butter from Texas, artichoke ambrosia from California, Farnum Hill's ciders from New Hampshire...we just can't stop our search to find the best of everything for you.
